December 18, 2009While we were all out doing our Christmas shopping, the highest court in the land quietly put the kibosh on a few more of the remaining shards of human liberty. It happened earlier this week, in a discreet ruling that attracted almost no notice and took little time. In fact, our most august defenders of the Constitution did not have to exert themselves in the slightest to eviscerate not merely 220 years of Constitutional jurisprudence but also centuries of agonizing effort to lift civilization a few inches out of the blood-soaked mire that is our common human legacy. They just had to write a single sentence.Here's how the bad deal went down. After hearing passionate arguments from the Obama Administration, the Supreme Court acquiesced to the president's fervent request and, in a one-line ruling, let stand a lower court decision that declared torture an ordinary, expected consequence of military detention, while introducing a shocking new precedent for all future courts to follow: anyone who is arbitrarily declared a "suspected enemy combatant" by the president or his designated minions is no longer a "person." They will simply cease to exist as a legal entity. They will have no inherent rights, no human rights, no legal standing whatsoever -- save whatever modicum of process the government arbitrarily deigns to grant them from time to time, with its ever-shifting tribunals and show trials.This extraordinary ruling occasioned none of those deep-delving "process stories" that glut the pages of the New York Times, where the minutiae of policy-making or political gaming is examined in highly-spun, microscopic detail doled out by self-interested insiders. Obviously, giving government the power to render whole classes of people "unpersons" was not an interesting subject for our media arbiters. It was news that wasn't fit to print. Likewise, the ruling provoked no thundering editorials in the Washington Post, no savvy analysis from the high commentariat -- and needless to say, no outrage whatsoever from all our fierce defenders of individual liberty on the Right. But William Fisher noticed, and gave this report at Antiwar.com:
In the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s refusal Monday to review a lower court’s dismissal of a case brought by four British former Guantanamo prisoners against former defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld, the detainees’ lawyers charged Tuesday that the country’s highest court evidently believes that "torture and religious humiliation are permissible tools for a government to use."...Channeling their predecessors in the George W. Bush administration, Obama Justice Department lawyers argued in this case that there is no constitutional right not to be tortured or otherwise abused in a U.S. prison abroad.The Obama administration had asked the court not to hear the case. By agreeing, the court let stand an earlier opinion by the D.C. Circuit Court, which found that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act – a statute that applies by its terms to all "persons" – did not apply to detainees at Guantanamo, effectively ruling that the detainees are not persons at all for purposes of U.S. law.The lower court also dismissed the detainees’ claims under the Alien Tort Statute and the Geneva Conventions, finding defendants immune on the basis that "torture is a foreseeable consequence of the military’s detention of suspected enemy combatants."
The Constitution is clear: no person can be held without due process; no person can be subjected to cruel and unusual punishment. And the U.S. law on torture of any kind is crystal clear: it is forbidden, categorically, even in time of "national emergency." And the instigation of torture is, under U.S. law, a capital crime. No person can be tortured, at any time, for any reason, and there are no immunities whatsoever for torture offered anywhere in the law.And yet this is what Barack Obama -- who, we are told incessantly, is a super-brilliant Constitutional lawyer -- has been arguing in case after case since becoming president: Torturers are immune from prosecution; those who ordered torture are immune from prosecution. They can't even been sued for, in the specific case under review, subjecting uncharged, indefinitely detained captives to "beatings, sleep deprivation, forced nakedness, extreme hot and cold temperatures, death threats, interrogations at gunpoint, and threatened with unmuzzled dogs." Again, let's be absolutely clear: Barack Obama has taken the freely chosen, public, formal stand -- in court -- that there is nothing wrong with any of these activities. Nothing to answer for, nothing meriting punishment or even civil penalties. What's more, in championing the lower court ruling, Barack Obama is now on record as believing -- insisting -- that torture is an ordinary, "foreseeable consequence" of military detention of all those who are arbitrarily declared "suspected enemy combatants." And still further: Barack Obama has now declared, openly, of his own free will, that he does not consider these captives to be "persons." They are, literally, sub-humans. And what makes them sub-humans? The fact that someone in the U.S. government has declared them to be "suspected enemy combatants." (And note: even the mere suspicion of being an "enemy combatant" can strip you of your personhood.)This is what President Barack Obama believes -- believes so strongly that he has put the full weight of the government behind a relentless series of court actions to preserve, protect and defend these arbitrary powers. One co-counsel on the case, Shayana Kadidal of the Center for Constitutional Rights, zeroed in on the noxious quintessence of the position taken by the Court, and by our first African-American president: its chilling resemblance to the notorious Dred Scott ruling of 1857, which upheld the principle of slavery. As Fisher notes:
"Another set of claims are dismissed because Guantanamo detainees are not 'persons’ within the scope of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act – an argument that was too close to Dred Scott v. Sanford for one of the judges on the court of appeals to swallow," he added.The Dred Scott case was a decision by the United States Supreme Court in 1857. It ruled that people of African descent imported into the United States and held as slaves, or their descendants — whether or not they were slaves — were not protected by the Constitution and could never be citizens of the United States.
And now, once again, 144 years after the Civil War, we have established as the law of the land and the policy of the United States government that whole classes of people can be declared "non-persons" and have their liberty stripped away -- and their torturers and tormentors protected and coddled by authority -- at a moment's notice, with no charges, no defense, no redress, on nothing more than the suspicion that they might be an "enemy combatant," according to the arbitrary definition of the state. Barack Obama has had the audacity to declare himself the heir and embodiment of the lifework of Martin Luther King. Can this declaration of a whole new principle of universal slavery really be what King was dreaming of? Is this the vision he saw on the other side of the mountain? Or is not the nightmarish inversion of the ideal of a better, more just, more humane world that so many have died for, in so many places, down through the centuries?

There were 12 years of grade school, not including the first year of preparatory-brain-washing in kindergarten. In high school, soon it was time to think about an adult profession. Certainly no one wants to become an "associate" at a big box store, work in a hotel or restaurant or a clerk at a gas station. In the old days, factory work was another option but most of those jobs have gone overseas.

Maybe become a scientist, a doctor or a lawyer? Like everyone else, you want to make as much money as you can when you're an adult, so one of those professions would be best for you. That is, until the cost of college sinks in and how it will be paid for. Your parents spent much of their working life putting money aside for your education. But after doing the numbers, it becomes apparent that those funds will only pay for the first year or two in college.

So it's off to talk to the school counselor. It was hard work getting through 12 years of school to get good grades and the counselor should have all the answers. There are Pell Grants for living expenses and alternative ways to fund education. Loans might be an option if your parents are willing to bare their personal lives for college applications, too.

Nagging away in the back of your mind there is the shrinking, shriveling economy. Chances of finding a high-paying job that will pay off the loans are getting worse everyday. Parents will have to take out a second mortgage, but that's their problem right? But something must be done about a future profession.

So it's off to college with a new and growing debt. It's really a gamble that you'll do well in college and hopefully after graduating, there will be a high paying job waiting to pay off the debts. Some students that do well in high school do terrible in college, so who can know what will happen?
The first day at the dorm is a culture shock. It's a culture unlike what was expected from watching movies but soon you get used to it. After all, this will be life for the next 10 years or so. But that's too far off in the future to think about right now. After becoming orientated it's on with the coursework!

Fortunately things go well and funding is found to continue college, but others are not so fortunate. Some of your best friends had to leave school when their parents just couldn't handle more debt or one of them lost their job. These former students went back home to live in their old bedrooms and are now working in a big box stores, restaurants and a gas station but they still have college loans to pay, for a career they will never have.

In emails they state it's impossible to make those loan payments when they can't even live independently on the money they earn. Their parents often fight and argue over what they will do in this depression-economy, because now they have to make the loan payments in their senior years which your friends have defaulted on. And all of them dread Christmas time without any money to buy presents. Deep inside is a dread this could happen to you.

Now a girlfriend has entered the scene. The two of you have become quite close and she wants to make love. What will happen to your career if somehow she becomes pregnant? Wisely you decide not to even consider taking that chance. Upon refusal to have intercourse with her now she thinks you're a closet gay, but so be it. Education is the top priority, not fatherhood and a shaky minimum wage job.

Hard work propels you onward toward a career as a scientist. There are years of work in a faculty member's lab while continuing difficult courses and work on a thesis. The faculty advisor and mentor can only provide guidance. It's more than a full-time job, but you get used to it and know it will pay off in the end.

The faculty member and scientist who owns the lab never spends any time there. He's always in his office or away at a meeting or conference. When he is in the lab, he's usually there checking lab work progress, performing for a video crew or posing for still cameras. The scientist is taking credit for all your hard work! But that's how the game is played, and the reality sets in that he is not like the scientists on television documentaries.

Finally the day comes to defend the thesis which took about one year to write and edit. In a room with closed doors packed and numerous faculty members, you stand there and are grilled for about an hour. Everyone was given copies of the thesis long before this day. They read it and know everything it says. They have questions that must be answered right on the spot.

Then you are asked to wait outside in the hall for their decision. After what seems like forever, the conference room door opens. At this moment you will learn if the past ten years were worth it all or not. After being asked to step inside they shake your hand, congratulate you and address you for the first time in your life as doctor! You did it!

Now it's time to find a job. After emails and resumes are sent out, an offer comes from a west coast college. Arrangements are made to fly out there for an interview.
A staff member you've known for years warns that the cost of living in California is sky-high, but why should that matter? What does that matter to someone with a PhD, right?
At the interview a salary is offered as a newly minted PhD. Excited about the prospect of such a high-paying job, it's time to find a place to live. Then reality sets in ­ even that high salary offer won't be enough to pay for a family, the cost of living out and education loans at the same time. Now your head is spinning ­ how can this be possible? Depressed from another reality check, you refuse the offer and fly back home.

That same staff member, and engineer, bumps into you in the hall and asks the trip went. There is no choice but to admit that he was right ­ the cost of living in California IS sky-high.
Fortunately, the very school you graduated from now has an associate faculty position open which they offer and you accept. You'll get to live near your friends and family.
Now a new chapter in life has opened. The college provides start-up money for a personal laboratory, too. Kind faculty members donate their unused equipment to help since the start-up money isn't enough for all the basic equipment needed.

Another cold reality is ever present. Produce several science papers each year and win enough grants or corporate funding to fund all the science work, or they will show you the door. The college gets more than half of all grant money for administrative and overhead costs, leaving what's left for research to pay for materials, lab assistants, etc...

But now you're a scientist. And the answer as to why that faculty member you used to work for that was never in their lab is finally apparent. Now you too, sit writing science papers and grants.
And yet another sobering reality check as a scientist sets in ­ that of becoming a professional beggar for every-dwindling grant money just like all your colleagues! Some of them are competing for the same funds along with thousands of other scientists around the country.
Someone on staff naively suggests a new invention that will help people with a certain type of illness. There is no choice but to tell them that without grant money to fund and a corporation behind it, that it can't be done. It reinforces the golden rule concept that even in the academic world still applies the same one as the golden rule for venture capital ­ "Those who have the gold, rule."

In the medical world, rare diseases almost never receive corporate research money or grants simply because not enough drugs will be sold or medical procedures will be performed to pay for the research AND earn billions of dollars for drug company shareholders. As a scientist you quickly learn that government grants, pharmaceutical and corporate profits are what really control all research funding behind the scenes. Essentially, they decide who will live and who will die. Forget about curious scientists wearing lab coats holding test tubes finding cures for rare diseases. That's Hollywood stuff.

If you had any idea ten years ago this was what being a scientist is all about, maybe you would have chosen another profession like engineering. Engineers don't usually write grant proposals, science papers or work over weekends and holidays to get their work done.
Down the hall from your office, a hopeful PhD student is now toiling away in your lab workingjust like you did for someone else. You are passing on the legacy, like it or not.

National Geographic Channel – Sell Out to 9/11 Conspiracy Coverup – EMRTC is a Major Government Contractor

I was extremely disappointed in the show that aired on National Geographic, “9/11: Science or Conspiracy”. I read a while back that National Geographic would be giving an un-biased view into the events of 9/11, putting the “Truthers” (as they continuously and mind-numbingly called them) against the official story, side by side. It actually started out as a decent showing, but about 20 minutes in, I realized that this was going to be another lame attempt to debunk the conspiracy theories.

The supposed “unbiased” and “thorough” documentary failed to cover most of the alarming evidence, including Building 7, insider trading, Tim Osman aka Bin Laden the CIA Informant, advance warnings, NORAD war games, Norman Mineta’s testimony, and witnesses on site who heard and felt the many explosions from below the buildings. The narrative in the documentary became so predictable, that I actually couldn’t wait to find out who EMRTC (Energetic Materials Research and Testing Center) was really working for. EMRTC was the company responsible for creating most of the irrelevant tests used to attempt to debunk the truthers.

After only two minutes of putting Google to work, it became quite clear. EMRTC is obviously a heavy government contractor, with severe conflicts of interest. Of course they would never do any test or experiment that could name the US Government liable. Here are some random pieces of information that were plucked from the internet:

1. Jet fuel melts the steel and makes it weak enough to give out, but thermite does not. They have one piece of steel with many weights on it over a pool of jet fuel for one test. Then they use an entirely different style of steel and the way it sits in the thermite test.
2. They don't even mention the 3rd building that fell (building 7). It just fell on its own?
3. They mention how difficult it would be to conduct a controlled explosion, meaning it would be extremely difficult to bring a heavily built building down. 100 guys 3 months of working. Yet 2 Jets can hit and bring 2 separate (actually 3 - see #2) buildings down better than the group that did the controlled explosion on an 8-story dormitory.
4. The Pentagon - why was there no video shown (other than the one piece that shows nothing, then an explosion) in one of the cities that has the most video surveillance in the US?
Hopefully this makes people think and do some research. The 9-11 Commission spent less money on this investigation then the one that was done on Bill Clinton getting a bj.”

“I'm disturbed that Nat Geo aired this program. While I agree that many intepretations are open to speculation, my issue comes from the Pentagon recreation. I didn't feel the model was built properly to scale and the explosives placed within the model, instead of outside, was a pointless example. If you place an explosive into a confined space, of course it will obliterate it. But if you place it on the outside, where a supposed hit could land, you will have a different outcome. Then there is the tail wing, which was far larger that the initial hole. Where was it? We had debris, but no real evidence of a plane crash in my opinion.
The entire program was an attack on the conspiracy theory and those that support it. I watched a program the other day while at work on PBS that had a lot of interesting info. Initial reports said a missile had hit the Pentagon. They announced the collapse of Building 7 before it ever happened; it had very minor structural damage. Multiple reports of hearing an explosion before the first plane ever hit the WTC. Why where these not addressed in this program? If you can't take all the supporting evidence and address it, of course the theory will not stand!”

“I'm really dissapointed that NGC used the word "Science" in the title of this show. If you call Purdue University's computer graphics and the demonstrations that were done on this show in the desert "science" then we have made a mockery of what is known as the scientific processes that are well established. I'm sure real scientists that know these processes haven't stop laughing yet. When I watched the DVD documentary called "Blueprint For Truth" which you can see at ae911truth.org you can see that careful consideration was taken to use established scientific processes to explain the destruction of the twin towers and Building 7. This shows major purpose was to explain away the 9/11 Truth Movement's legitimate questions that contradict the governments official version. I bet if you follow the money that NGC gets to make these kind of shows it will take you to some rather interesting people and corporations. "The Honey Pot"

Just want to throw a little theory... speculation... ideas out there... you know, think outside the box... What if the 9/11 Truth movement is meant to be one massive distraction, to keep the patriots busy, while something much larger is being planned? I'm in the middle of reading Mike Ruppert's "Crossing the Rubicon" where he makes mention of an intelligence term called "the honey pot". It's a piece of evidence or a source that is meant to attract all of the attention, (draw in the bees) eventually being discredited in the end.

Well what if the entire 9/11 fiasco, on a much higher and deeper level, is a part of the plan, to destabilize America, to put the people against each other, weaken the nation, to assist in the New World Order agenda? The Elite are well aware that one of their biggest obstacles to overcome is America and it's Constitution. We also know that the way you destroy an enemy is by planting seeds of information, seeds of dissent amongst it's members, dividing the enemy up in as many ways as possible, as explained in the Art of War, and practiced many times on other countries by our intelligence agencies in the past.

At the very highest levels of intelligence, they could be allowing this movement to grow, allowing people like Alex Jones, Richard Gage, Mark Dice, and Stephen Jones to continue pushing the movement... while the lower minions of the elite make feeble attempts to fight the truth. By allowing this to continue, they are able to keep attention away from something else being planned, and weaken their biggest enemy by creating a divided nation. "Patriot" vs. "Sheep" will become new labels in the long line of separatist terms used by media and society, along with "Rich" vs. "Poor", "Christian" vs. "Muslim" and "Left" vs. "Right". Even within the movement itself there are multiple divisions, with LIHOP vs. MIHOP (Let It Happen On Purpose vs. Made It Happen On Purpose) and people called "No-Planers".

This doesn't mean I don't support all of the work that the 9/11 Truth Movement is doing. These patriots actually inspire me with their bravery, and the progress they are making is astounding. My journey of discovery actually started with 9/11, and I will always have respect to all "truth pushers" everywhere. I only want to remind everyone that the enemy is much smarter than most of us think, that most likely we haven't seen the true men behind the curtain, and the big boys always play chess. Of course this idea of the 9/11 truth movement being a tool of the New World Order could be thinking too far outside the box, but it is just a possibility I wanted to throw out there... a theory... some speculation... an idea...

Keep thinking, never stop learning, don't get stagnant, continue pressing on for the highest and deepest truths...

Prophet, Psychic, or Just Informed? Swine Flu update.

Well it's obvious that I don't make blog posts very often... however I found it pretty uncanny that I made the post below about a possible "Biological Attack" two weeks before the stories of Swine Flu rocked the world. I have been surprising my wife and family quite frequently, by predicting major news events before they happen, such as the economic problems, a rash of shootings several months back, and the demonizing of the internet recently. Am I psychic? Am I a prophet? Not at all, not even close. I just read and pay attention to the clues that are hidden in plain sight.

The corporate controlled media is becoming too predictable, obviously following a specific agenda, and attempting to guide public opinion on a specific path. The sad part is that they also seem to be a step behind, as the alternative media, who have no major political or corporate interests and can freely report issues without worrying about the future impact, are reporting the major issues before mainstream media can get through their own red tape. Either they will die a slow death, or they will find a way to control the alternative media. The future of our information sources will be involved in a major battle indeed.

As an update to the Swine Flu, there seems to be a division among many sources. On one hand we have people saying that the fatality rate is way too low, that this is just a scare tactic to scare the public, socialize the medicine, reap profits from vaccinations, and set up more legislation for control. The other side of the coin is scared to death that this is the big one, that it will mutate and go out of control, possible combining with the avian flu, eventually triggering the global pandemic that could kill millions. One thing they both have in common, is that this epidemic was manufactured, and I totally agree as I was able to write my previous post before the event took place. They all also agree, that any manufactured vaccination could potentially be more dangerous than the virus itself. This is especially scary considering the crimes of Baxter in the past, sending out contaminated medicines on more than one occassion.

Personally, I believe in both theories. It is almost a certainty that we will face some type of larger pandemic in the coming years whether from avian flu or something else, and I believe this scare was manufactured to set up the policy and procedures to deal with the bigger problems coming down the line...

The Next False Flag Terrorist Attack, Possible Biological Weapon

I intend to write up a more thorough report soon, but for now I wanted to make some notes. From various personal sources, as well as information being obtained from various sites like Infowars.com, Rense.com, and WhatReallyHappened.com, I have come to the strong conclusion that there is not much time left before the "terrorists" strike again. And there seems to be a strong possibility that the threat will be some type of biological attack.

When I used to think about the "Fema Coffins" stored all over the country, (hundreds of thousands of black plastic sealable containers purchased by Fema, Burial Vaults made by PolygaurdVaults.com) I used to wonder, "if they were going to kill a bunch of people, why go through the trouble of putting them in a plastic container? Why not just dig a big ditch and dump all the bodies in a mass grave?" Then it eventually hit me... those burial vaults are air-tight, perfect to use to avoid some type of biological hazard.

There are several other little bits of evidence I have come across lately, such as Baxter having contaminated their flu vaccine with bird flu, the forced inoculations across the globe, and many theories about a H5N1 pandemic in the next year or two. There is also the possibility that they will blame this on Iran, as I've seen stories of how Iran hired Russian Bio-weapon engineers a long time ago (can't remember where I read that), and of course many of our leaders have been beating the Iran war drum for a while now.

Another thing that comes to mind is the report of several meetings between FEMA officials and a county representative just outside of Chicago, where they were asking him many strange questions, such as, "how would you handle mass graves, determine a plan to give vaccines to all of your residents in 24 hours, where are all of your public facilities, etc." Combine this information with the "FEMA Concentration Camp" stories all over the net, and it all just seems to make sense. I've seen video clips with the signs on the fences that say "Red" or "Blue", and that would make sense to label people with varying levels of biological contamination. (As a side note, I think mainstream media is going to attempt to debunk the fema camps soon, by the same government shills at popular mechanics who tried to debunk 9/11 truth, and failed miserably. Do your own research and don't believe these liars...)

As far as the threat occurring soon, usually what has happened in the past, is when the public starts gaining momentum in waking up to the rampant corruption, (as evidenced now by the multitude of websites, organizations, tea parties, and independent radio talk shows) the powers that be usually provide a great distraction, such as a war or terrorist attack, to throw everyone off. Know Your Enemy - Avoid "Group-think" Mentality

One great advantage of learning to play poker or chess at an advanced level, is the psychological edge you gain which can be applied in many situations. You are taught to know what your opponent is thinking, to ponder what your opponent thinks you are thinking, and so on. This is the true art of any competition, knowing the art of deception as your greatest weapon, thus staying one step ahead of your opponent at all times. Manipulating the perception of your opponent is critical to winning any major conflict, competition, or war. This knowledge has greatly assisted me in seeing past the first level of mainstream media hype, allowing insight into the hidden agendas behind the scenes.

Although it feels good, don’t give in. Don’t fall in line with everyone else. Don’t jump on the band wagon. Remember to do your own research, and form your own opinions on every issue. Recently there seems to be a shift in the corporate mainstream media position, suddenly pitting the average American against Big Brother Government, Main Street vs. Wall Street, the rich against the poor. You see the headlines and hear the keywords all over the place. This is just a distraction, as always, to hide the truth and the real problems with the economy. With the blame-game and finger-pointing in full effect, very few are acknowledging the true source of the issues which have always been the “Federal Reserve Banking Cartel”, and the methods they employ to generate money out of thin air and enslave entire nations. This fractional reserve debt based system was destined for failure, and they knew this from the beginning.

It may feel good to blame the government and the corrupt politicians, as we know the political system in this country has been broken for a while now. But the politicians are not in charge here. The politicians and rich Wall Street bankers are not the source of the problems, they just knew how to play the game, and they exploited it for every penny they could get. To find the true source of the problem, you must look into who created “the game”… a game where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer… a game that ends where only a select few come out ahead, and the rest are left to suffer. The game was created by founders of the Federal Reserve Bank, along with the elites at the very top of this society… the aristocratic families which have passed down power for generations.

This is only a reminder. Before you go off down the street with your picket signs, pitch forks and torches, be sure you know who your true enemy is. Don’t just fall in line blindly behind everyone else. Be aware that they are playing an intellectual game of chess, planning and anticipating every move of the general public. They know what your next move will be, and are planning for it. They created the script, and are using the media to influence your next play. Don’t believe the hype. Analyze your opponent, study the game, think for yourself, and stay one step ahead at all times.

Mainstream Media Manipulation and Tactics

I have to admit, my life will never be the same again. I cannot go back to living a “normal” life. I have learned too much about the rampant corruption in almost every major institution in our lives, and I refuse to accept mediocrity, lies and outright inhumanity as being “just the way it is”. Once you discover the truth about the world, why thousands of children are dying every day of starvation and preventable diseases, not to mention countless other horrendous crimes against humanity, you look at the world in a whole new light. The rose colored glasses come off. Somewhere along the line you “wake up”, “take the red pill”, “fall down the rabbit hole”, and realize that the world you see on TV and read about in the newspapers, is all one big orchestrated fantasy, to keep you distracted and entertained, while something sinister brews behind the scenes…

At the height of this problem, is the sad truth of what has happened to the major news networks and publications in the world. In the media industry, power has been consolidated and centralized into a handful of extremely large multinational corporations (such as GE, Viacom, Disney, and Time Warner), who no longer work for the people, but their own selfish corporate and political interests. A quote from Danny Schechter, former CNN and ABC news producer, summarizes the situation: “We falsely think of our country as a Democracy, when it in fact has evolved into a ‘Media-ocracy’. Where a media which is supposed to check political abuse, is now a part of the political abuse.” The truth of the matter is, at the very top of these corporations, they are able manage our perception of reality by filtering the news and using spin and propaganda to communicate the issues in ways that suit their corporate and political agendas.

By controlling the media, the “corporate elite” of the world have a fine-tuned weapon to use against the general public. One of the tactics which they have mastered, in order to move their agendas forward, is called, “Problem, Reaction, Solution”. When it comes to their specific agenda, they set a specific goal. For example, a goal might be to “record and analyze every phone call in the world”. They know that the citizens would not willingly go along with this idea, as it violates their privacy rights. So a specific problem or crisis is then secretly manufactured and executed (usually blamed on their enemies), and hyped by the media, until the public demands a solution. Then they are able to swoop in and offer the exact solution which fits their original goal, without anyone ever knowing the full truth. This exact situation is what happened with terrorism and 9/11. Since 9/11, the elite banking interests, the military industrial complex, and parts of our own government, were able to use the media to accomplish their ultimate goals, which were to:

Seize control of the opium fields in Afghanistan which produces most the heroin in the world (a multi-billion dollar industry)
Build oil and gas pipelines through Afghanistan
Award outrageous construction contracts to Halliburton and KBR
Eliminate Saddam Hussein and take control of Iraq, establishing many permanent military bases in the Middle East
Reap massive profits from loans and weapons which are needed for countries at war
Pass new legislation which allows them to control and violate all Constitutional rights of the American people, in the name of safety and security
Exponentially expand the power and spending of the US Government

There are probably several other goals that I am unaware of. However, once you learn about the true agenda, (primarily to gain control of the entire world), you see the entire “problem, reaction, solution” game being played on the news everyday. You see every story in a whole new light. Here are some things to keep an eye on in the media:

They will hype more and more shootings and violence, in order to pass legislation on gun control, so the American people can never fight back against their corrupt government. They will also use this to justify bringing the military on the streets, moving forward into a fascist “Police State”.

They will hype stories like the “Octo-mom”, to get people accustomed to the government interfering with your personal lives, while also working on their population reduction agenda.


They will hype more and more internet security threats, in order to control the spread of information on the internet, and restrict freedom of speech against their agenda

They will continue to point fingers back and forth between left and right, Republicans and Democrats, rich and poor, to keep us separated and unorganized, so we can never unite and fight back.


They will continue to focus on scandals, fashion, gossip and sports to keep us thoroughly distracted and entertained so we never learn the truth.

They will focus on missing children, in order to eventually use tracking devices implanted in our clothes, IDs, and eventually in our bodies, to track your every move.


They will focus on terrorism, in order to maintain control and remove more of your civil rights and liberties, in the name of security.

They will focus on dangerous animals and a violent mother nature, to keep you indoors and glued to the TV, in perpetual fear of the world, so that you demand the security and protection of Big Brother


They will hype the global warming crisis, to implement carbon taxes and provide a common threat to unite the world for the New World Order

They will hype the economic problems, so they can create a new global regulator of the financial markets, and create a new currency.


They will hype more and more problems with the food supply, so they can implement more restrictions on farming and agriculture, forcing small local farmers out of business, allowing them to fully control the food supply of the world.

Keep your eyes peeled and your minds open, ladies and gentlemen. What you are witnessing is a giant show, an orchestrated reality, which seeks to keep you in the dark, unable to piece together their ultimate agenda. The puzzle pieces are obvious and are displayed in plain sight, for those willing to think outside of the box, connect the dots, and observe the prison being created around us all. As they say, “the proof is in the pudding”. When you see a mainstream news article or broadcast, think to yourself, “who would benefit from me believing this particular point of view, and why?” If the result of any action or propaganda gives more power to the government and less power to the individual, then you can see the true agenda in action. If you feel a sense of fear after reading a story, think about who benefits from your fear. Everything I have stated can be proven with documents available in the public domain, if you are willing to take the time to learn the truth. Please don’t take this information lightly, as I am risking everything to give you this information. I have no agenda, other than to inform others of the stealthy corruption taking over all facets of our lives. We have a major threat, and I’ll give you a hint… worrying about some “radical terrorist” is the least of our problems. Please pursue other forms of information, question everything, and learn the truth. I strongly believe we have a limited amount of time until the enemy strikes again.

Warning Against Adverse Health Effects from the Operation of Digital Broadcast

In the US, digital broadcast television is scheduled to start operating on February 17, 2009. We
write to you today because we wish to save you from the significant negative health
consequences that have occurred here in Germany.
In Germany, analog broadcast television stations have gradually been switching to digital
broadcast signals since 2003. This switchover first took place in metropolitan areas. In those
areas, however, the RF exposures in public places as well as at home continued to increase at
the same time. As a result, the continuing declining health status of children, adolescents, and
adults in urban areas could not be attributed to any single cause.
On May 20, 2006, two digital broadcast television stations went on the air in the Hessian Rhoen
area (Heidelstein, Kreuzberg), which until recently had enjoyed rather low mobile phone
radiation exposure levels. Within a radius of more than 20 km, the following symptoms that
occurred abruptly were reported:
constant headaches, pressure in the head, drowsiness, sleep problems, inability to think clearly,
forgetfulness, nervous tensions, irritability, tightness in the chest, rapid heartbeat, shortness of
breath, depressive mood, total apathy, loss of empathy, burning skin, inner burning, leg
weakness, pain in the limbs, stabbing pain in various organs, weight increase

Birds had fled the area. Cats had turned phlegmatic and hardly ever went into the garden. One
child committed suicide; a second child tried doing it.
Over time the same unbearable symptoms showed up in other locations—most recently in
Bamberg and Aschaffenburg on November 25, 2008. Physicians accompanied affected people to
areas where there was no DVB-T reception (valleys, behind mountain ranges) and witnessed
how these people became symptom-free only after a short period of time.
The respective agencies responsible in Germany were approached for help, but they declined to
follow up on the strongly suggestive evidence in the actual locations. The behavior of the
government agencies disregards the fundamental rights of affected people guaranteed in the
German Constitution.
In Germany, DVB-T (Digital Video Broadcasting Terrestrial) uses Orthogonal Frequency Division
Multiplex Modulation. The fundamental principle of this type of modulation works by spreading
the information across several thousand carrier frequencies directly adjacent to each other. A
channel is 7.8 MHz wide. The amplitude also changes constantly.
The WHO, the German Radiation Protection Commission, and the German Federal Ministry of
the Environment rely on the Guidelines for Limiting Exposure to Time-varying Electric, Magnetic,
and Electromagnetic Fields (up to 300 GHz), (Health Physics 74 (4): 494-522; 1998) published by
the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP). In this document,
it says:
p. 495: “These guidelines will be periodically revised and updated as advances are made in
identifying the adverse health effects of time varying electric, magnetic, and electromagnetic
fields.”
p. 507: “Interpretation of several observed biological effects of AM electromagnetic fields is
further complicated by the apparent existence of “windows” of response in both the power
density and frequency domains. There are no accepted models that adequately explain this
phenomenon, which challenges the traditional concept of a monotonic relationship between the
field intensity and the severity of the resulting biological effects.”
Why are the German agencies in charge not willing to help identify the adverse health effects?
Since immediately, after digital broadcast television stations had started transmitting, adverse
health effects have occurred, the review of the Guidelines announced by the ICNIRP is
imperative. Obviously, there are response windows contained within the broad frequency bands
with their several thousand frequencies that change constantly and whose amplitude also
changes constantly. The ICNIRP had already pointed out this possibility.
In 1992, Dipl. Ing. Rüdiger Matthes, member of ICNIRP and of the Geman Radiation Protection
Agency (BfS), emphasized the preliminary status of the exposure limits in a hearing on the health
risks of electromagnetic radiation: “…They (electromagnetic exposure levels) are several orders of
magnitude higher than the natural background radiation levels of nontechnical sources…In
parallel to this development, findings of scientific studies according to which long term exposure
to such fields may trigger adverse health effects keep accumulating.…In this context, it is also
important to recognize that there are large differences in exposure levels within a given
population. A small child, for example, absorbs much more RF energy than an adult
person…There are several findings on low level exposures, which are considered scientifically
validated because they have been reproduced often but which are rather difficult to interpret.
The impact of mostly pulsed or ELF modulated RF radiation on cell metabolism, for example,
counts among them. It has been observed that the efflux of certain ions (e.g. calcium) from a cell
increases during exposure to such fields. The occurrence of this effect is described almost
completely independent of the actual field strength. It can be found at extremely low absorption
levels.…With all the currently available scientific findings, there remain some crucial questions
unanswered.
…There are gaps in the so-called body of evidence. That means that the biological effects, for
example, have only been investigated for individual frequencies. Data (e.g. effect thresholds) on
the various biological effects across the entire frequency spectrum are not available. The
exposure limits, therefore, are based on an approach that greatly simplifies the very complex
reality whose details are unfathomable. It should also be noted that concrete data on possible
effects of long-term exposures are mostly lacking.”
Real life teaches us that it was wrong to simplify. In Germany, we see strong evidence of a direct
temporal association between the start-up of terrestrial digital broadcast television and the
occurrence of severe health symptoms.
Dr.-Ing. W. Volkrodt, former R&D engineer at Siemens, recognized the danger of
electromagnetic fields for humans, animals, and plants. He pinned his hopes on policymakers
who would listen to reason when he wrote in 1987: “Future historians will refer to the RF
dilemma during the period from around 1975 to 1990 as a short, time-limited ‘technical incident.’
Owing to the introduction of fiber optic technology, this incident could be remediated quickly and
effectively.“
Satellites and cable provide the US population with television services. By contrast, the risk
associated with terrestrial digital broadcast television transmitters is unacceptable.
We, therefore, ask you, dear Mr. President, who has the wellbeing of his citizens at
heart, to stop the scheduled introduction of this new technology in the United States
of America and to save the people from the negative health consequences that have
occurred in our country.

In the late 1880's, trade journals in the electrical sciences were predicting "free electricity" in the near future. Incredible discoveries about the nature of electricity were becoming commonplace. The common feature connecting all of these discoveries is that they use a small amount of one form of energy to control or release a large amount of a different kind of energy.

There are dozens of other systems. Many are viable and well tested. But this short list is sufficient to make the point: new energy technology is here. It offers the world pollution-free energy abundance for everyone, everywhere. It is now possible to stop the production of "greenhouse gases" and shut down the nuclear power plants. Transportation and production costs for just about everything can drop dramatically. Yet all these wonderful benefits that can make life on this planet so much easier and better for everyone have been postponed for decades. Why? Whose purposes are served by this postponement?Four Invisible Forces. There are four forces that have worked together to create this situation. The wealthiest families and their central banking institutions are the first force. Their motivations are greed and the need to control almost everything except themselves. Their plan is to eventually control all of the resources of the world, and thereby control everyone's life through the availability of all goods and services. An independent source of wealth (new energy device) in the hands of every person in the world ruins their plans for world domination. They don’t want any competition. The weapons they have used to enforce this include intimidation, "expert" debunkers, buying and shelving of technology, and murder of inventors. They have also promoted the scientific theory that states free energy is impossible (laws of thermodynamics).The second force is national governments. The problem here is related to the maintenance of national security. There is a constant jockeying for position and influence in world affairs, and the strongest party wins. In economics, it's the golden rule: "The one with the gold makes the rules." Unlimited energy on this planet will lead to an inevitable reshuffling of the balance of power. Everybody will want it, and at the same time, want to prevent everyone else from getting it. So, national governments’ motivations are self-preservation. Their weapons include preventing the issuance of patents based on national security grounds, harassment of inventors with criminal charges, tax audits, threats, phone taps, arson, theft, and a host of other intimidations which make the business of building and marketing a new energy machine practically impossible.The third force consists of deluded inventors and con men. On the periphery of the extraordinary scientific breakthroughs that constitute real new energy technologies, lies a shadow world of unexplained anomalies, marginal inventions and unscrupulous promoters. The first two forces have constantly used the media to promote the worst examples of this group, to distract the public's attention, and to discredit real breakthroughs by associating them with the frauds. So, the third force is delusion and dishonesty. The motivations are self-aggrandizement, greed, want of power over others, and a false sense of self-importance. The weapons used are lying, cheating, self-delusion and arrogance combined with bad science.The fourth force operating to postpone the public availability of new energy technology is all of the rest of us. It may be easy to see how narrow and selfish the motivations of the other forces are, but actually, these motivations are still very much alive in each of us as well. Like the wealthiest families, don't we each secretly harbor illusions of false superiority and want to control others instead of ourselves? Also, wouldn't you sell out if the price were high enough? Or like the governments, don't we each want to ensure our own survival? Or like the deluded inventor, don't we trade a comfortable illusion once in a while for an uncomfortable fact? Or don't we still fear the unknown, even if it promises a great reward?All four forces are just different aspects of the same process. There is really only one force preventing the availability of new energy technology, and that is unspiritually motivated behavior. New energy technology is an outward manifestation of divine abundance. It is the engine of the economy of an enlightened society, where people voluntarily behave in a respectful and civil manner toward each other. Unspiritualized humans cannot be trusted with new energy. They will only do what they have always done, which is to take merciless advantage of each other, or kill each other and themselves in the process.The Opportunity. What is new is that you and I can communicate with each other now better than at anytime in the past. The Internet offers us, the fourth force, an opportunity to overcome the combined efforts of the other forces preventing new energy technology from spreading. What is starting to happen is that inventors are publishing their work, instead of patenting it and keeping it secret. More and more, people are "giving away" information on these technologies in books, videos and websites. While there is still a great deal of useless information about new energy on the Internet, the availability of good information is rising rapidly.All of us constitute the fourth force. If we stand up and refuse to remain ignorant and action-less, we can change the course of history. Only mass action can create the world we want. The other three forces will not help us put a fuelless power plant in our homes. New energy technology will change everything about the way we live, work and relate to each other. It obsoletes greed and fear for survival. But like all exercises of spiritual faith, we must first manifest generosity and trust in our own lives.New energy technology is here. It has been here for decades. Communications technology and the Internet have torn the veil of secrecy off of this remarkable fact. People all over the world are starting to build new energy devices. The bankers and governments don’t want this to happen, but can’t stop it. Tremendous economic instabilities and wars will be used to distract people's attention from the new energy movement. There will be essentially no major media coverage of this aspect of what is going on.Western society is in many ways spiraling toward self-destruction due to the accumulated effects of greed and corruption. New energy technologies cannot stop this trend. If, however, you have a new energy device, you may be better positioned to support the transition that is underway. The question is, who will ultimately control the emerging world government, the first force, or the fourth force? The banking crisis has been expertly engineered through the transformation of banking into a high risk greed driven casino supported by the manipulated absence of regulation and excess of money supply. The nature of the banking system is such that it would inevitably lead to the debt driven asset price bubble that has made prisoners of debt out of millions and slaves out of billions. Years of banking merger upon banking merger resulted in a small number of banks coming to dominate the globe with the inevitable result that the very existence of the entire system now rests upon their shoulders. Yet these banks were deliberately allowed to be run in a cavalier and immoral fashion with precious little proper oversight. Similarly, the world has become dominated by a small number of global corporations that control our access to energy, food, and the other essentials, and non-essentials, of life. Our political systems have become hostage to the interests of these banking and corporate empires, our governments so dominated by them that the US government has been referred to as "Government Sachs", a reference to the number of positions in the US government held by Goldman Sachs people. Our national governments are now simply puppets of the banks and corporations that dominate the globe who are in turn the puppets of the hidden Managers, their rule imposed through military might and the police state.

The result they desired and have crystalised is the collapse of the system in exactly the manner we see; the inevitable scrambling by their minions for 'solutions', which are themselves part of the plan, including the setting up of the simultaneous pillaging of national treasuries across the globe in a manner designed to extract maximum wealth, exponentially increase debt and create figures of hatred, in the banks and bankers, for the masses to direct their anger at. Each piece on the chessboard is there for a reason. The political leaders have been chosen for their traits whether it is Obama's apparent charisma in contrast to Bush, Brown's surliness or Sarkozy's limitless arrogance. The banks have been set up to fail and then seek public money to the inevitable disgust and anger of the masses. The war machines have been battle hardened, the military and police personnel conditioned in the "war-on-terror, there's a terrorist in every person" mentality, the people bred fearful and confused. The mass of people have been reduced to an ignorant and confused rabble, easily directed, manipulated into violence or submission exactly as they Managers wish. At no time can the Managers be identified for they are never on the chessboard.

According to disclosed documents, minutes of a series of private meetings of representatives of 27 governments disclose plans to "speed up" the introduction of the modified crops and foods and to "deal with" public resistance to them.
Forget about immoral wars based on lies that result in the murder of hundreds of thousands of people, including the soldiers who "followed orders" and die in those wars. Forget about the bio weapon programs run by our government that increased dramatically under the Bush administration, where an accident, an earthquake (or an evil individual like Dick Cheney) could potentially unleash life-ending viruses onto the nation and the world. And forget about the criminal suppression of technologies that would provide enough clean and cheap energy to fulfill all our needs.
If there is one reason that serves as an even stronger reason for the people of this planet to unite and storm virtually every government associated with the ruling establishment, it is the secretive, but confirmed, manipulation of the food chain of the entire planet! The people who rule this planet are altering the food chain in a way that is irreversible and in a way that could possibly lead to the extinction of life on earth!
As part of a presentation I give on media deception (in which I show people what media deception is and teach them how to spot it), I spend a short time talking about the ridiculous myth that Americans live in some sort of democracy. To illustrate this, I ask people who attend my presentations whether their consent was requested by our government before some scientists, some horrible evil scientists who misused their knowledge to create the world's most destructive weapons, detonated the first hydrogen bomb. You see, when these scientists detonated the first H-Bomb they were not certain as to whether or not the explosion would be contained. Hydrogen bombs detonate in the atmosphere. The scientists in charge raised some concern that testing the bomb might cause the entire planet to explode in a huge nuclear chain reaction. Yet they went ahead despite this calculated risk! Your government risked your life and the lives of everyone who lived on earth that day. And they risked the lives of everyone who will live on this planet in the future. If you ask me...the people who decided that this would be OK, and the people who followed the orders of the decision makers, should have been charge with crimes against humanity and hanged...or worse!
Today, this risk is being taken without your consent again! Genetically modified crops and livestock are being infused into our food chain, forever changing the genetic makeup of our plants and animals. We have no idea what problems this may cause. We have no idea how this will affect our own health or the health of the ecosystem. We don't know if or how viruses that infect any GM animals may mutate and kill us all. There is a clear risk that if you break one link in the food chain, the entire chain can collapse. And then what?
We recently had a big scare that still has not been resolved. You probably don't know much about it because we don't have a national news media in this nation. We have a perception management industry that is called mainstream media, but their job is to keep your false impression of reality alive and well. While they were reporting around the clock about the activities about two pre-selected presidential candidates, they made sure you did not pay too much attention to the fact that bees all over this planet started to mysteriously die off. Well, something was killing them, and no one knew what that was. There are some indications that GM crops caused them to mysteriously die off. Remember that without bees we have no pollination and as a result, for the most part, no plants. That means there are no trees or flowers to provide the earth with most of its food. And that also means that we significantly reduce the supply of oxygen that green plants give us in exchange for our carbon dioxide. And that's pretty scary.
However, the bee issue pales in comparison to the even scarier human (corporate and government) manipulation of the genetic makeup of plants and animals on this planet. Talk about big government! It does not get any bigger than that! It's one thing to tell me whom I can marry or what kind of sex I may enjoy, but it is a far greater crime to tamper with my food supply!
Many people have different opinions as to why governments are tampering with our food. Some believe it is conspiracy to control the profits of food sales. Monsanto, for example, has manipulated corn so that the corn does not produce seeds, and assures that farmers consistently have to buy new seeds...from whom?...from Monsanto of course! Not a bad business model...with a little help from legislators. Others believe that eugenics is at play here. It is a well kept secret that the global ruling elite have concluded that in order for the human species to survive we must bring the world population down to about 500,000 people. Well, we are closing in on 7 billion people on this planet. If the population of the world continues to grow at the current rate, we are about 10 years away from having to go to war over access to drinking water!
But no matter what the reason...the fact that my food supply is being tampered without any explanation, and without a way to reverse the changes...makes me want to ge out there and hang people. I have never been angrier than I am over this issue. I know that it is a crime to threaten people or to instigate a revolution. But I am going to say what needs to be said...there are people on this planet that have taken over aspects of life on earth and have left us with no way to protect ourselves from them or the ramifications of their actions. These people are at this moment secretively manipulating your life. They are murdering you. They are murdering your children. And I'll tell you this...I would have no problem marching those bastards to the gallows!
According to disclosed documents, minutes of a series of private meetings of representatives of 27 governments disclose plans to "speed up" the introduction of the modified crops and foods and to "deal with" public resistance to them. OK, then I say that society should speed up an effort to eliminate these dangerous people...and then "deal with the government resistance!"
And to you police officers, FBI agents, CIA agents, Department of Homeland Security thugs and Blackwater hit men, you are all victims as well. You need to think about that before you protect those bastards! I am on your side! Remember that.
You know...sometimes I feel like the John McCarthy character at the end of the film, Invasion of the Body Snatchers! I sound crazy telling everyone about the pods...but, my friends...trucks of pods overturn on highways every day...you just have to stop for a moment to ask what they are! Heed the warnings...we really don't have much time left. Think about it.

Chicago False Flag Nuke Threat?

Most likely, Chicago is no longer a current threat for a false flag attack, primarily because the cat is out of the bag. Although I'm seeing a lot of evidence showing that it may have been a target recently...

• Article on Inforwars.com about John Bolton mentioning a possible nuke attack on Chicago on 2/27/09 at the Conservative Political Action Conference.
• Audio of frightened county official outside of Chicago having multiple interactions with FEMA, asking strange questions, "where would you put mass graves?", "where are your hardened facilities?", "how many civilians would you be able to handle?", etc. (I think this person wanted to remain anonymous)
• I saw a recent article on whatreallyhappened.com, reminding us of a missing nuke in the US.
• I heard Dr. Bill Deagle's warning of potential disaster in a flat city near a coast, and he mentioned L.A. or Chicago as possible targets.
• While driving down I-10 in Houston, a white pickup truck with a large US flag on the back window, flew by with a huge hand-made sign out of cardboard, saying "FBI violated nuclear policy" or something like that. This was a couple weeks ago.
• A friend of mine had a prophetic dream about a nuclear explosion in the US

Personally, I beleive there is a silent war going on behind the scenes, and the only reason why we haven't had another false flag attack since 9/11, is because the good guys may be winning. Of course we can't let our gaurd down, as they have several plans to accomplish their goals.

The Truth About My Style

This blog will serve as an outlet, to give straight-up, no nonsense insight into suppressed knowledge. Personally, I continuously research many fringe topics, from a variety of sources. I have been at it non-stop, every second of spare time, since around November of 2007, researching a multitude of topics including: government and establishment corruption, ancient history, quantum physics, astronomy, secret societies, exopolitics, suppressed technology and information which has been labeled as "new age". I have personally pieced together a magnificent puzzle which explains why the world is the way it is, as well as every paranormal occurrence I could think of.

Countless others have already uncovered this information, and come to the same realizations that I have. The conclusions that I will reveal in this blog are not original, however I'm hoping that my clear, compact presentment of the truth will allow all people to quickly learn about reality. Because the truth is, reality is nothing like what it seems...

You will not see many specific references for the information I will be exposing. Anyone can take the time and effort to research the facts for themselves. I actually encourage you all to research everything for yourself, and use your own judgement. Blindly following others is one of the primary reasons things have gotten so bad in the first place. I may not express any justifications for the claims I am making, and that remains my choice. This is an attempt to summarize an enormous amount of information, and actually, words are a horrible form of communication, however I'm sure we'll do just fine.

It's Time to Wake Up

You can feel it, and so can millions of others around the world. There is something seriously wrong with society. Most people are completely unaware of the control systems of fear and debt which have been constructed around them. Slavery is more widespread than it has ever been. Millions are dying of starvation, preventable diseases, and unecessary wars in order to maintain and support the wasteful and destructive tendencies of “civilized” cities. Our entire global monetary system which is based on unrestricted growth and profit, has created unprecedented levels of greed and corruption, which severly inhibits any major advancement in healthcare or technology. This economic system is destroying our planet at an alarming rate, and is destined for failure. Humanity is out of balance with nature. Our politicians and the major news agencies have been “bought and paid for” long ago. The general public is purposely dumbed down and distracted, while an elite group uses terrorism, “shock doctrine” and “disaster capitalism” to instigate and sell their agendas to the public, while secretly pushing us into a “new world order”. The true history of humanity has been manufactured and manipulated, and the ancient knowledge of your true powers has been suppressed, so that you can be controlled and herded like sheep. Television is posioning your minds. You are being lied to. The matrix has you. The truth shall set you free.
